So on these longer LI runs, there tends to be an error at some point that causes the RawDigits.inprogress file to stop updating, but the daq still continues data collection. When this happens, online monitoring also will no longer update. When the files are finally written out, BasicHistos and RawDigits are no good. RawEvents is probably bad as well.
